About the Opportunity

  • Responding to customer questions regarding pricing, delivery dates, product specifications, returns, proof of deliveries, etc. in a timely and accurate manner
  • Timely and accurate entry of all order information, including pricing, delivery times, etc. in the appropriate software systems
  • Checking and validating all information entered to ensure a high degree of accuracy
  • Supporting a positive relationship with both customers and coworkers alike through daily interactions and actions
  • Communicating with internal and external customers
  • Preparation and updating various reports
  • Other duties as required to support the sales, administration/Finance and  production departments

About You

  • 2+ years in an order desk role, or clerical administrative experience ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience utilizing spreadsheets, database programs
  • Proficient experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment with the ability to take direction and perform tasks within specified time frames
  • Team player
  • Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate

$16 - $18/hour
