Office Manager/ Executive Assistant (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Comfortable performing general administrative duties including coordinating with external IT, legal consultants, ordering supplies and other general office duties 
  • Arranges travel accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as in-person meetings and conference calls
  • Answering phones and directing calls to colleagues or taking messages
  • Greeting visitors, directing them to boardroom(s), offering them coffee or water
  • Daily banking (deposit cheques, make payments to CRA and other amounts that can be paid at the bank)
  •  preparing board packages and supporting internal audit group

About You

  • Experience with administrative and accounting work
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to deal with individuals at all levels in a fast-paced, demanding environment, often with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables


$75,000 - $85,000/year
