About the Opportunity
  • Coordinate activities and arrange travel accommodations
  • Administrative-related duties including but not limited to answering phones, sorting, scanning, and mail distribution, Preparing and mailing documents for signature
  • Communicate with C-Suite
  • Maintains the inventory of office supplies
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events Board meetings, office events, company lunches
About You
  • 3+ Progressive Admin experience or experience Managing an Office, including dealing with the C-Suite
  • Some knowledge of HR Processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Degree in a business-related field is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
$75,000 - $90,000/year
