About the Opportunity

  • Collectively look after: Timesheet collection and reconciliation using systems like: Bullhorn Backoffice, Flextrack, Ariba, Client Custom Systems, Fieldglass etc. and communicating with the contractors and clients
  • Contract Management: Creation of new contracts (forms), management of document compliance, management of obtaining signatures and forms, producing background checks with the agencies, change requests and general contract filing
  • ATS tracking system maintenance (Bullhorn ATS) – Data management
  • General Support for our Finance Controller and Partners
  • General admin, i.e. supplies ordering, benefits admin
  • Systems used: Bullhorn Backoffice, Bullhorn ATS, Adobe and adobe sign, MS Suite (Excel, Word, Office, Teams), multiple external client systems

About You

  • Previous experience in an office coordinator role
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Comfort with learning web-based applications


$45,000 - $50,000/year
