About the Opportunity 
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding arrangements such as access card creation, corporate credit card, Concur training, etc. 
  • Manage office mail and courier, name card printing, etc. 
  • Purchase and Maintain office inventories and ensure continuous supply, maintain the upkeeping of office premises
  • Main contact with Building Management on maintenance matters, ensure in compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Liaise with vendors / suppliers on invoicing matters, ensure prompt payment to various utilities, office maintenance services are made
  • Ensure proper and timely preparation and arrangements for board meetings
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners 
  • Note taking in management meetings 
  • Meet and greet visitors 
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required
About You 
  • Good spoken and written English preferred 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications 
  • You should have at least a diploma or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of general office facility / HR administrative experience. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels - Ability to follow instructions and perform a wide range of tasks 
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive  
  • Able to work independently 
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills are a must 
Hourly Rate 
$22 - $25/hr
