Our client is an award-winning home builder and land developer in Ontario, and they are looking to hire a Coordinator – Integrated Technology Solutions.
About the Opportunity
- The role will report to the Manager, Business Systems & Process
- Frontline Level 1 support for their ERP (NewStar – Construction), incumbent will be trained in Newstar but will have prior experience using and/or supporting any software systems, accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks), ERP, CRM, Procurement software
- Infrastructure support is managed by a 3rd party vendor
About You
- Experience 2+ years of using any application (ERP, CRM, Accounting, procurement software)
- Experience with Windows OS and MS Office applications
- Experience with Vendor, Orders, Inventory control management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commute 5 days onsite in Markham
Bonus Items:
- Any prior experience with Newstar ERP (Construction software)
- Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and system upgrades
- Experienced in implementation and testing of the ERP system modules
- Experience participating in industry-related webinars and conferences
- Experience maintaining IT-related equipment and supplies
Salary Range
$60,000/year
