About the Opportunity

• Oversee MSP and ensuring that accountability is met
• Cisco Meraki experience required
• Move clinics to secure standard template will be critical in this role:
  • Firewall rules
  • Segregated VLANS
  • Secure Switches
  • MFA
  • Consolidate VPN
• Responsibility for keeping the company's networks up and running
• Provide 3rd line support of networking equipment and networks at our clinic and business locations
• Ensure network infrastructure best practice is maintained to ensure system security and availability
• Act as a subject matter expert for networking, assisting colleagues across the business with your skill, knowledge and experience with regards to networks and networking
• Deploying, configuring and maintaining of the company's network and associated equipment
• Proactive monitoring of equipment and network links to ensure performance and capacity to meet business needs
• Day to day administration of Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Dell and other vendor switching / routing equipment to meet new business solution or site requirements
• Create documentation for new systems and services, including both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage associated 3rd parties as appropriate to ensure they deliver the required services on time and to quality

About You

• Degree in Computer Science is preferred
• 7+ years' experience in Network Administration
• 2+ years' experience leading network support
• Design and support experience in a network IT infrastructure role at a senior level
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Layer-2 and Layer-3 design and implementation experience for networking technologies
• Driving license and willingness to travel at short notice (Desirable)
• CCNA / NSE4 or NSE 5 (Highly Desirable)
