About the Opportunity

  • Performs various administrative duties for the Marketing Department:
    • invoice coding and distribution
    • phone/email/mail screening and distribution
    • ordering office supplies within budget
  • Manages marketing reports on a regular basis including:
    • marketing requests through Jira and SharePoint
    • phone tracking; marketing surveys
  • Coordinate Yellow / White Page listing renewals, with branch consultations, ad revisions and contract confirmations within renewal deadlines
  • Coordinate phone tracking numbers for all programs and branches; including generating reports on call volumes
  • Coordinate the inputting of sales leads, generated by marketing programs, into the company CRM.
  • Coordinate promotional items catalogue inventory including advising branches of program enhancements, monthly/seasonal orders and required deadlines
  • Assist with the planning, development and coordination of a wide range of marketing communications externally and internally
  • Maintains multiple reports for the department
  • Organizes meetings for the Marketing management team, including the monthly department meeting, and distributes meeting minutes accordingly
  • Provides digital marketing support including:
    • Content Management System support
    • Social Media
  • Coordinates department events
  • Performs other administrative duties and supports the Marketing Communications department as required

About You

  • Minimum College diploma in Marketing and Communications
  • Requires at least 2-3 years’ experience in corporate marketing
  • Requires experience to understand the creative execution of both traditional and digital marketing programs.
  • Strong organizational and filing skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with ease
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization
