About the Opportunity

  • Deliver Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to clients in their deployment and use of Marketing Automation Campaign solution
  • Examining reports measuring the performance of email campaigns & suggests improvement efforts
  • Abilities in supporting integrated campaigns using email, resulting in generation of leads and pipeline revenue
  • Knowledge in vendor management, digital communication, product development, and business planning
  • Functioned with C-Level, Stakeholders to create marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Offering SME expertise to marketing campaigns, conferences and industry events
  • Provide Industry domain SME to assist in developing the proposed technical solution, project plan, and resource estimates
  • Observe digital marketing projects for clients reported on achievements as well as ensured achievement on ROI
  • Writing sections of the proposal documents, including the technical solution, roles and responsibilities, value proposition
  • Providing SME support, perform project reviews, help troubleshoot project issues
  • Providing “on demand” assistance to resolve critical open issues that arise throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Handling end-to-end Email Marketing campaigns including planning, targeting, testing & executing
  • Design and develop marketing campaigns like: Email Blasts, Drip Nurture Campaigns, Attribution, Scoring, Lifecycle Trigger, Data Enrichment, Evets and other Email communications
  • Experience in tools like: Pardot, Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Creating workflows for complete marketing automation to nurture prospects via Drip Campaigns. Support the Lead Conversion process through the screening, qualification and routing of leads to Sales
  • Setup Webinars, Events, and Seminars in ON24 tool for Demand Generation Campaigns
  • Experience in doing integration and configurations on internal and third-party tools
  • Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments

About You

  • University or college degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in the following areas:
  • Marketing Automation, Email Marketing/Campaign Management
  • Training and Capacity Building
  • Email Program/Workflow creation and Implementation
  • Marketo/Pardot/SFMC/HubSpot/Adobe Campaign Management
  • Consulting/Implementation/Integration
  • Work with Clients to assess requirements
  • Configure & Design campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows
  • Develop customer specific solutions where necessary and document them
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Create Implementation plans for new and existing clients
  • Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for consulting services
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
  • Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
  • Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
  • Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations
  • Have worked on setting up a fresh instance of Adobe Campaign to go live for at least 4 clients
  • Must have created complex scheduled multi touch campaigns
  • Have created complex deliveries with more than 5 personalization fields
  • Good communication and client facing skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and teams simultaneously, set and manage expectations
  • Well versed with team handling reporting and, task assignment and ticketing management- JIRA, Confluence, Zoho etc.
