Manager, Reporting and Consolidations (Closed)

Our client is a global independent organization in the media and communications industry. They know how to deliver the best content in the world and are looking for a Manager, Reporting and Consolidations to be part of their team. The Manager, Reporting and Consolidations will be responsible for monthly reporting oaf divisions including consolidated gross margin reports, title analysis against budget, operating expenses analysis, and oversight of the intercompany process.

About the Opportunity

• Prepare consolidated reporting packs, accounting, analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, income statement reconciliation and operating expense transactions within the division
• Responsible for analysis and reporting of consolidated Operating Expenses for division
• Ownership of intercompany process within division
• Oversee and prepare working paper schedules on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Manage and assist in preparing materials for external and internal audits
• Supervise and oversee various monthly analysis packs submitted to Group Finance
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, chart of accounts, and by title information

About You

• CPA Designation
• Minimum 5 years accounting and reporting experience
• Consolidation experience
• Large Public company experience - IFRS reporting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) and possess the ability to navigate and use other web-based systems as necessary

Salary Range

$95,000 - $105,000/year
