Our client is a growing retailer in the appliance industry. They are looking for a Lead/Manager Internal Audit to assist with audits & inspections of all operational & financial processes.

About the Opportunity

• Plan and carry out internal auditing work, on all operational activities of the business
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's activities in order to arrive at an independent appraisal of the risk management, control and governance processes
• Make recommendations on the quality of activities
• Present opinions to managers on operational control in various tasks
• Monitor the implementation of action plans developed by you, in response to internal audit reports
• Provide options on governance, compliance & internal control
• Help develop the annual plan and new internal auditing tools and approaches
• Act as a resource person and coach for co-workers and senior management

About You

• CPA or CIA
• 5 + years of internal audit experience
• Large company experience within the tangible goods/inventory industries

Salary Range

$95,000 - $120,000/year
