Our client is a global private markets investment firm focused on mid-market companies and assets. They are looking for a Manager of Investor Servicing responsible for key aspects of the reporting, accounting and operations functions of the Investor Servicing group related to the global private equity investment portfolios.

About the Opportunity 

• Coordinate and review investor financial reporting across multiple funds, including quarterly reports and financial statements, year-end audited financial statements and investor capital account statements 
• Cash management, including monitoring and forecasting of cash needs along with coordinating and reviewing investor capital calls and distributions 
• Provide key analysis, support and materials for AGM, semi-annual conference calls and other investor related presentations 
• Responsible for external (investors) and internal enquiries and any special requests for information and reporting 
• Oversee and maintain investor custom reporting deadlines 
• Manage the annual financial statement audit process as well as the CSAE 3416 Report on Controls and CSAE 3530 Compliance with Partnership Agreements 
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Investor Servicing group including interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, corporate governance, internal controls and systems applications 
• Oversee the relationship with the counterparts at the third-party administrator 

About You 

• CPA, CA designation 
• minimum 3-5 years of investment accounting/reporting experience required  
• Excellent spreadsheet skills for analysis and interpretation 

Salary Range 

$1000,000 - $120,000/year
