About the Opportunity 

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Leading the annual budgeting and planning process on behalf of the organization
• Working with functional leads on ongoing functional area cost reporting and variance analysis
• Transactional support and modelling, including M&A
• Working closely with cross functional teams as the finance lead to the Sales and Operational Planning process (S&OP)
• Ongoing KPI management, including profitability analysis across channels, SKU’s and customers

Business Intelligence:

• Will be the finance super-user for the BI tool (MicroStrategy)
• Building and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly dashboards
• Building ad hoc reports
• Training others on the platform for self-use
• Liaising with IT and the MicroStrategy teams on upgrades, support, trouble-shooting, etc
• Transitioning most of the ongoing FP&A into the BI tool, (ie budgeting, cost centre analysis, profitability analysis, etc)

Production Facility Support:

• Responsibility for the P&L of the production facility
• Working with Operations/Logistics on developing and maintaining KPI’s
• Support and responsibility over certain production and logistics data input into the system
• Review of data and input completeness and accuracy to ensure production data is up to date in the system at all times, including all aspects of inventory (Raw Materials, WIP, goods in QA, finished goods and shipped)

About You 

• 5-6 years of experience
• Exposure with BI tools (eg SAP/ Oracle BI, Power BI) , QlikSense, Tableau and Microstrategy)
• Hybrid of Accounting & FP+A background

Salary Range 
$120,000 - $130,000/year
