About the Opportunity

• Oversee revenue accounting functions within the team by identifying issues and adhering to policies under IFRS
• Understand the business in becoming the subject matter expert in initiatives, new product introductions, operating initiatives, process improvements and systems and technology projects
• Partner with Finance, Operations to assess and manage Accounts Receivable provisioning
• Ensure accuracy and financial integrity of revenue results and participate in the preparation of special purpose income statements
• Support in the closing of monthly/ quarterly/ annual books including review and approval of journal entries and results analysis
• Understand financial processes and controls and review and approve financial transactions and entries
• Proactively identify opportunities for process and policy improvements and implement change where required
• Manage quarterly reviews and annual statutory audit performed by the external auditors as well as any Internal Audit reviews (as needed)
• Partner with Tax to ensure appropriate taxation requirements are met

About You

• CPA, CA
• 3+ years of relevant experience from a public accounting firm
• IFRS and revenue understanding are assets
• Superior interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range

$70,000 - $75,000/year
