Our client is the largest language school in Canada, and they are looking to hire a Manager/Lead – Dynamics CRM.

About the Opportunity

• The role will be responsible to build enterprise business applications by leading the optimal architecture, integration, implementation, customization and configuration for Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform solutions
• Will Lead development team and manage project planning, DevOps processes
• Will have a sound understanding of sales & marketing processes
• Will manage the delivery of D365 solutions collaborating across various stakeholders
• The role will bring deep, hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Power platform / Azure in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating business solutions
• 40% Hands on Coding vs 60% Management

About You

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development, testing, and deploying software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 
• 3+ years experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate) 
• Strong hands-on experience in ASP.Net MVC and API development using C# 
• Management/Team Lead Experience, project planning
• Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Power platform / Azure in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating business solutions
• Good understanding of DevOps processes
• Excellent communication skills

Bonus Items

• University degree or college diploma in information technology. Relevant Microsoft certification an asset. 
• Plug-in development (C#) experience with the Dynamics CRM SDK will be an asset 
• Experience with systems integration using JSON, SOAP, REST technologies will be an asset 
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Azure Pipelines and other Azure Technologies an asset 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services like Function Apps, Web Apps, Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc. to build efficient solutions and integrations
• Experienced in building model driven and Canvas apps

Salary Range
$150,000-$160,000/year
