Manager, Investment Operations (Private Equity focus)

About the Company 
Our client is an Asset Management Company. They are looking for a Manager, Investment Operations who will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Investment Operations in the accounting.

• Prepare or review loan accounting schedules
• Review of credit agreements and other legal documents, e.g. limited partnership agreements
• Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements, including IFRS and US GAAP
• Manage Investor and management reporting
• Manage the treasury of the funds
• Manage the investment accounting of the funds, including the valuation of public equities, derivatives, streams and royalty models
• Financial modelling
• Manage external auditors
• Review bank reconciliations for corporate and lending fund account
• Perform a reasonability on key financial items
• Oversight of external service providers

• Minimum of 4 years with exposure to Asset management, Banking, Private Equity
• Completion of Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, etc.)
• University degree in Accounting or equivalent

Salary Range 
$100,000 - $120,000/year
