About the Opportunity

• Support the Team on various financial reporting and analytics
• Analyze and provide performance return information for the portfolio and prepares various management reports
• Provide support in transaction execution and other regular deliverables
• Review and post entries to the General Ledger with appropriate analysis and supporting documentation
• Review monthly and year-end working papers ensures appropriate analysis and supporting documentation for annual financial reporting and audit purposes, and liaises with internal and external auditors accordingly
• Prepare the quarterly forecast and annual budget for the portfolio
• Oversee the preparation of Operating Plan, including engaging partners in development of assumptions, reviewing calculated metrics and assembling presentations
• Collaborate with valuation team by compiling and supplying relevant information for quarterly valuation exercise, in a timely manner
• Review quarterly and/or annual legal entity financial statements including notes and audit working papers in accordance with the appropriate accounting standards, as well as corresponding tax kits
• Manage the finance deliverables in the year-end and interim period end investor reporting processes for the funds, including applicable financial performance metrics
• Manage and has a detailed understanding of the funds cash flow; monitors the fund cash levels, produces forecasts, including distributions to investors
• Review capital call and distribution notices
• Manage fund set up costs, budgets and draft fund financial forecasts
• Support the implementation of enhanced IT systems and the integration into the wider Finance technology solutions
• Review project funding requests in accordance with approved commitments
• Monitor cash balances and movements, in preparation of transactions, as required

About You

• CPA 
• 7 years of experience in accounting for the financial sector
• Highly proficient with Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs) and dealing with a large sum of data
• Fund Accounting experience 
• People Supervision

Salary Range

$100,000 - $115,000/year
