- Prepares budgets and forecasts for multiple lines of business
- Creates and maintains financial models for new business opportunities and existing business operations; works collaboratively with department leaders to refine assumptions driving the models
- Maintains and updates the Company's corporate model
- Key contributor to financial diligence process on merger and acquisition opportunities
- Prepares and maintains cash flow and liquidity forecasts
- Identifies opportunities to drive revenue and shareholder returns and communicates to
- Senior Leadership and other stakeholders
- Performs budget-to-actual analysis and reports meaningful variances to Senior Leadership
- Prepares materials for presentation to Senior Leadership and the Board
- Contributes to major projects and initiatives through timely analysis, insights and recommendations
- Recommends benchmarks that will be used to measure the company's performance
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field is required; MBA or CPA is preferred
- At least seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required, including the ability to write macros and utilize complex formulas
- Significant analytical skillset, including utilization of BI and reporting tools
- Understanding of accounting procedures and financial reports with ability to analyze variances
- Business-minded, with the ability to correlate financial outcomes with operational inputs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven record of providing excellent customer service, both internal and external
- Effective time manager – Proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy and zero missed deadlines
- Fast-paced and driven to succeed. Keen ability to work efficiently autonomously or as a member of a team
- Organized - Creates, implements, and utilizes efficient systems and methods to maintain a highly organized workspace and office
