Our client is large financial services client. They are looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting who will be accountable for managing the Financial Reporting function.

About the Opportunity

• Overseeing the financial reporting team, infrastructure, processes, and reporting functions
• Ensuring that the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, as well as regulatory filings, are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Providing information to Senior Management and the Leadership Team
• Key contributor to cross-functional projects
• Researching and implementing new accounting standards applicable and training staff
• The Manager, Financial Reporting provides operational leadership and directs, and manages a capable team and ensures their cooperation to successfully meet the company’s financial reporting requirements.

About You

• CPA (preferably a CA)
• 5+ years of relevant Financial Reporting experience
• 2+ years’ experience at a management level, supervising a team of new and seasoned staff
• Advanced accounting knowledge of both IFRS

Salary Range

$100,000 - $120,000/year
