About the Opportunity

• Oversee the preparation of annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements and MD&A in accordance with IFRS
• Prepare and review analyses to support the MD&A sections of the quarterly and annual reports and supplemental information
• Coordinate the quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits with the external auditors, as well as manage the audit issues resolution process
• Ensure the timely preparation of all financial information and presentations required for quarterly and annual reports, press releases, and Disclosure and Audit Committee and Board meetings
• Research and interpret new accounting standards/guidelines to assess potential impacts on financial reporting activities
• Modify existing and design new processes that maximize operational efficiency
• Provide advice on internal control issues and recommends and implements reporting enhancements

About You

• CPA, CA
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with large, publicly traded corporations with numerous and varying reporting requirements
• MD&A prep is an asset

Salary Range

$100,000 - $115,000/year
