They are looking for a Manager, Business Planning & Analysis to be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting processes, KPI's, as well as preparing the strategic plans.

About the Opportunity

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for all business units, including preparing the strategic plans for the organization.
• Manage the preparation of the monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Prepare variance analysis on actual vs. budgeted results
• Develop and track metrics and KPIs
• Create and maintain financial models, preparing business reports and present to senior executive team
• Perform variance analysis on actual versus budgeted results, and make recommendations for budget management/mitigation opportunities
• Provide leadership/management and coaching/mentoring to direct report(s)

About You

• CPA designation
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in financial reporting
• Strong Corporate level FP&A and strong business partnering experience
• Highly flexible and team-oriented person

Salary Range

$100,000 - $105,000/year
