About the Opportunity

• Owning the close process for the specified business groups / divisions
• Responsible for accuracy and reporting of financial results in compliance with IFRS, including disclosure requirements for the divisions
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts in the division
• Own and analyze divisional results and present to CFO as needed
• Lead and advise on AR and AP strategy as it pertains to the divisions, including responsibility of managing AR collections, and AP disbursements
• Strong knowledge of intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Skilled in developing and enhancing management reporting needs, including metrics and other ad-hoc items as needed
• Liaising with auditors to provide necessary supporting documentation for audit and review purposes
• Responsible for sales tax calculations, submissions, and compliance for the divisions

About You

• Accounting Designation
• At least 5 years of experience - oversight of financial operations in an IFRS environment
• Exposure to MS Navision is an asset
• Advanced excel skills
• Excellent communication skills

Pay Rate

$55/hour
