About the Opportunity

  • Organize the current minutes book and prepare the new minute books
  • Update and maintain the company Excel documents
  • Assist with the reorganization of the legal filing system
  • Assist with reviewing, tracking, and monitoring legislation that impacts the company’s services and/or processes
  • Assist with providing summaries of new legislation and regulations affecting the business
  • Assist with legal, real estate, insurance, and finance teams to ensure proper reporting, compliance, and files are up-to-date
  • Maintain contract management order, including follow-up on contractual requirements and regulatory filings, articles of incorporation or dissolution, stock certificates, and merger agreements

 

About You

  • 1-2+ years of experience working at a professional services organization
  • Law Clerk/Paralegal education
  • Experience handling minutes and organizing files
  • MS Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Pay Rate

$17 - $21/hour
