About the Opportunity
- Oversee and manage leases, ensuring timely executions of all new leases
- Assist in obtaining all operating licenses, permits, insurance coverage and tracking progress on new lease projects while managing schedules and deadlines appropriately
- Organize and manage company lease-related records, correspondence and information
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company and all relevant parties to facilitate restaurant business operations and initial build-out
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Ensure all operations adhere to lease policies and regulations.
- Ensure that all lease reporting to landlords is completed on a regular and timely manner
- Monthly processing of rent is completed in a timely manner
- Review annual rent statements and rent reconciliations
- Reconcile and review all lease balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist in annual budget in completing the annual rent/lease budget
- As needed conduct research and analysis and prepare lease financial reports
- Assist in collecting information for audits and inspections as required
- Other duties as may be assigned
About You
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ hospitality property lease administrative experience
- Ability to keep confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Adobe products and web-based programs with aptitude for preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, and documents
- Experience using ERP, NetSuite is ideal
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to interact positively and work effectively with others
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Post secondary education in business administration, management, or related field or relevant working experience
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
Salary
$65,000/year
