They are looking for a Lease Administrator who will be part of their property management accounting team and will be responsible for lease administration for the portfolio.
About the Opportunity
- Responsible for Business Approval Form and Executed Lease review, MRI lease setup, vacates, amendments, renewals, future lease maintenance, etc.
- Rent Roll reconciliation and monthly review of updates from Leasing Managers
- Process monthly summary of charges and Tenant Adjustments
- Responsible for monthly base rent variance analysis and Budget change analysis
- Preparation of Tenant Recovery calculations and invoices and Tenant Statement of Accounts
- Preparation and issuance of instalment letters
- CPA in progress
- Minimum 2 years related Lease Administration experience in a property management environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with MRI is a definite asset
$65,000 - $70,000/year
