About the Opportunity
- Manage legal document system
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents
- Maintain director/officer slate registers, closing sets, operating agreements and sensitive investor-related documents
- Maintain entity lists and organizational structure charts
- Form new U.S. entities and state qualification of entities as required
- Prepare initial operating agreements and coordinate with outside counsel on preparing amended and restated operating agreements
About You
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Law Clerk or in a similar role
- Large company experience
- Blueprint software is an asset
- Law Clerk Diploma/Certificate completed or in final stages
Pay Rate
$90,000/year
