Our client is a specialized marketing agency constantly striving to bring new ideas and ways to help their customers. They are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Team and support their sales and client teams with financial reporting.

About the Opportunity

• Review monthly expenses against budget/forecast, and address discrepancies in proactive manner during the month and in a timely manner during closing process
• Prepare monthly financial reports for a portfolio of programs and review with Client Team
• Analyze the cause of variances to budget/forecast, identify trends/gaps to assist in Client Teams in addressing issues
• Prepare monthly reconciliations
• Work collaboratively with sales/operating groups across the organization to provide financial guidance and support in the management of their event operations
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts for a portfolio of programs, working with Client Teams to ensure the forecast captures all updates from business operations
• Work in partnership with the sales/operating groups to manage their financial operations and back-end processes, so that they can stay focused on managing and growing the business

About You

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance
• CMA/CPA (completed or in progress) is a strong asset
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Salary

$47,000 - $50,000/year
