Junior Accountant CONFIDENTIAL** - 3 Months to Permanent (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Responsible for Accounts Payable data entry
• Handle bank payments via wires, EFT, & booking the payments made
• Accounts Receivable data entry and applying payments received
• Responsible for Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis

About You

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Accounting experience using QuickBooks is required
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliations experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)

Pay Rate

$20 - $22/hour
