About the Opportunity

Process weekly payments to suppliers and maintain accounts payable listing
Monitor and report all outstanding receivables
Maintain schedules/prepare journal entries
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Updating lists and administrative documents

About You

1-3 years of Junior Accounting experience
Open to assisting with ad hoc admin duties
Comfortable with pivot tables/v-lookups is a must
Pursuing CPA is an asset

Pay Rate

$20 - $23/hour
