About the Opportunity

Bank reconciliations and daily bank updates
Reconcile General Ledger Accounts
Update financial Excel files (basic formulas)
Process invoices and ensure payments are as agreed upon
Assist with payroll for contract employees
Ad hoc duties as needed

About You

Accounting degree, diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Intermediate level of Excel proficiency
Previous exposure to NetSuite seen as an asset

Pay Rate

$18- $20/hour
