About the Opportunity
- Assist corporate and site cost owners with the compilation and analyses of budgets, forecasts and monthly/quarterly results
- Manage the upload of excel templates into accounting software
- Upload and update of budgets, forecasts and statistics into appropriate accounting software
- Perform costing analysis and allocations within the company system
- Assist with AFE’s and fixed assets management processes
- Work closely with the Warehouse Superintendent at site to track and reconcile inventory
- Assist with preparation of monthly management reports, including the update of company forecasts
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasting
- Update life of mine models and prepare reports and information for the Debt Facility Lenders
- Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations as needed
- Support external auditors as required
About You
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in similar field
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with an integrated ERP
- Excellent presentation, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative, professional team player with good interpersonal skills
Pay Rate
$19 - $23/hour
