- Three or more years of administrative experience in a professional corporate office setting, that includes calendar management and receiving guests
- Strong computer skills including operations like running/tracking Excel spreadsheets
- Strong written/ verbal communicator
- Keen attention to detail and a desire to 'go the extra mile' for client satisfaction
- Finance background; for example, supporting a finance executive or working at a bank in a customer facing role (strong asset)
- Executive assistant experience (asset)
Salary
$70 000 - $75 000/year
