About the Opportunity

Reconciling weekly invoicing to ensure accuracy
Responsible for Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and balance sheet reconciliations
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual Tax Filings
Post daily deposits; EFT payments, cheques, etc.
18-month contract position

About You

2+ years of Accounting experience
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Large ERP experience
Strong MS Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)

Pay Rate

$23 - $25/hour
