About the Company

Our client is a Canadian midsize public company, and they are looking to hire an IT Project Manager.

About the Opportunity

Our client is looking for a person who will managing the delivery of Application and Infrastructure projects (60% applications - COTS and Agile, 40% Infrastructure (eg data centre upgrades, WIFI at malls, etc)

Some of the main applications in the environment are JD Edwards ERP, Microsoft BI stack (O365, Sharepoint, MSSQL, PowerApps, PowerBI, .NET).
This person will manage projects involving implementing smaller cloud apps (eg HRIS, etc), some changes to larger off-the-shelf applications, as well as some custom-developed applications (.NET, PowerApps, Sharepoint, etc)
This position will be concerned with proper delivery of these projects (on time, on budget, resourcing, milestone/update communication, vendor management, etc) therefore, solid Project Management background is needed with experience in application implementation and development projects.

About You

Proven IT project delivery experience in midsize organizations
Strong experience in delivering application implementation projects (on-prem or SaaS/cloud)
Experience delivering application development projects (Agile)
Experience delivering IT Infrastructure projects (examples would be any of: server/desktop/network/cyber/O365 type projects)
Excellent senior stakeholder-level communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

PMP, Scrum certifications
Exposure with O365 / Power platform / ERP / BI / Data projects
Azure exposure
.NET projects

Salary Range

$115,000/year
