Our client provides leasing and wholesale financial services across Canada, and they are looking to hire a IT Program Manager to join their team.

About the Opportunity

• As Program Manager, you will assume the overall leadership Business Transformation program
• The Business Transformation program consists of multiple projects, in achieving the following goals:
  • Enable new products and services
  • Create exceptional customer experience
  • Improve TFS associate experience and efficiency
  • Mitigating risks; and
  • Connect best-of-bread services
• Overall responsibility is to ensure the program meets its goals, delivered within established timeline and budget
• Work closely with all internal and external teams, engage key stakeholders in defining, planning, tracking, and managing all aspects of the program
• Identifying key resources, providing the direction required to meet project objectives and commitments and ensuring appropriate management, customer, and supplier involvement.

About You

• 5+ years of Project / Program Management (full life-cycle) and/or 5+ years in IT Director role
• Experience in implementing and maintaining due Program Governance
• Strong skills in vendor management, project management and stakeholder management
• Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management
• Strong skills in vendor management, project management and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of current enterprise, cloud and SAAS technologies, would be an asset, (e.g. Salesforce, MuleSoft and AWS)
