About the Company

Our client is a SaaS software company and they are looking to hire an IT Operations Manager.

About the Opportunity

Our client currently hosts all of their external SaaS product servers on Azure/Windows/VM/IIS/MSSQL environment

They have also developed a more scalable solution utilizing Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) about 50+ servers running on Azure.
We are looking for a Technical Lead resource who is very strong with managing production web HOSTING environments - large cloud-based (Azure preferred but AWS is ok too) Windows or Linux based environments hosting externally-facing SaaS software
We also need experience with infrastructure security, BCP/DR and compliance/documentation for things like SOC, PCI or ISO
Our client continues to onboard global clients and they require SOC compliance
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Kubernetes or CludFoundry is a bonus

Even though the focus of this role will be on the hosting environment, they will also handle all of the internal infrastructure for the office (30 users) – firewalls, networks, IT support, remote access, security, etc.

About You

Strong progressive hands-on experience in supporting/managing production 24x7 web software hosting server environments
Understanding of custom-developed SaaS application hosting, prodops/scripting/automation, BCP/DR, hosting security

Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
Good RDBMS/MSSQL
Experience with SOC or PCI or ISO compliance/documentation
Strong understanding of networking, remote access
Experience with (formal or technical) small team leadership

Good communication and presentation skills
Degree and certifications are a bonus
Experience with cloud Linux environments

Salary Range

$130,000/year
