Our client is a third-party logistics company that focuses on delivering customized supply chain solutions and they are looking to hire IT Help Desk.
About the Opportunity

This Level 2 HD role is a junior to intermediate combination of helpdesk and systems – ideal for some one coming in from a role where they were handling a responsible HD without a big team and are used to resolving issues without much hand holding

Role requires excellent communication skills – client facing and will work closely with their 3rd party and ISPs to resolve issues

Have had experience running basic cyber security training and campaigns (SAPA, SCS, Phishing). About 100-125 users
About You
-
2-5 years' experience in Level 2 helpdesk experience – phone/email/chat/sms/remote-in with Windows 10/11, Printers, VOIP, Office 365, Networks and Active Directory

Experience working with 3rd party vendors, ISPs

Very strong communication skills for helpdesk user facing duties, experience providing tech support to non-technical users, mobile users, remote users, and VIPs

Willingness and availability to be contacted after works hours in case of emergencies

Software onboarding and testing experience.

Experience with Group Policy management an asset

Experience with HP desktop, laptop, and server hardware an asset

Experience with Truckmate by Trimble will get First preference

Spanish language skills an asset

Able to assist with technical issues across Canada, the US and Mexico
Salary Range
$65,000/year
