IT / ERP Application Support Manager

About the Company   

Our client is one of Canada’s one of largest premium wine producer 

About the Opportunity 

• They are a small IT team and Flavio – IT Director manages the entire division and he is trying to focus on the strategic role then the operations, hence they created a new role 

• The expectation is to manage the application team in terms of providing daily operational support for over 500 employees 

• In this role the focus is enterprise application which are around 30 to 35 in total 

• However, in the future this role will grow and will also lead the infrastructure team. 

• The current infra team in just 1 IT generalist and they have a external vendor LCM (providing level 1 / 2 /3) support. 

• Manage the team with regards to incident management, dealing with vendors, Oracle Fusion cloud, AMS – Deloitte is the partner where they provide 2 and 3 level support and Oracle also provides support for customization 

• The manager is responsible for working with vendors as they have multiple applications like Magento, Salesforce, LS Retail – Dynamic, Liquid management system, O365, VMWare for virtualization, ServiceNow for ticketing, health and safety software, Dayforce – Ceridian, EPM – part of Oracle footprint, RSS smart for lock controls at various properties and inventory management 

• Looking to replace POS system and most likely LS Retail will go away 

About You 

• Atleast 3 to 5 years of people management 

• Min 5 years of exp with any ERP system focused on finance and order management modules 

• Understanding of application integrations 

• Knowledge of SQL queries 

• Strong communication skills 

• Ability to commute 2 days to office

Salary Range 

$145,000/year
