Our client offers omnichannel POS systems, gift card, loyalty and stored value ticketing solutions and is looking to hire an IT - Customer Support Representative (Bilingual - French)
About the Opportunity
This person supports various customers who have implemented Givex POS Systems where they receive tickets from their ERP system – Odoo.
They would also be providing support for gift cards / loyalty cards customers.
Types of tickets they will resolves:
Routers went down and POS not working
Download software on my terminal
Upgrading POS software
Balance of cards (gift / Loyalty)
Example: They have very large retail and hospitality clients and this person will get calls from the employees of the clients (POS networking / software related tickets) and their customers too (checking balance)
IT related degree in networking / computer engineering
Strong communication skills – French / English Bilingual
Understanding of TCP / IP and routers
Working hours / shifts / OT expected:
The website has all the shifts in the drop down box but, the only shifts available are listed below
Tuesday to Saturday - 3:30pm to 00:30am EST
Sunday to Thursday - 3:30pm to 00:30am EST
