About the Company  
Our client offers products to drive sales and help clients make better informed business decisions, and they are looking to hire an IT – Customer Support Representative (Bilingual – French).

About the Opportunity

  • This person supports various customers who have implemented the company’s POS Systems where they receive tickets from their ERP system – Odoo
  • They would also be providing support for gift cards / loyalty cards customers
  • Types of tickets they will resolve:
    • Routers went down and POS is not working
    • Download software update on POS terminal
    • Upgrading POS software
    • Balance of cards (gift / Loyalty)
  • Example: They have very large retail and hospitality clients and this person will get calls from the employees of the clients (POS networking / software related tickets) and their customers too (checking balance)

About You
  • IT related degree in networking / computer engineering
  • Strong communication skills – French / English Bilingual
  • Understanding of TCP / IP and routers
