About the Opportunity
- Prepare and enter all journal entries, bank reconciliations, coding to General Ledger
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare weekly cash flow updates to corporate, and other analysis as needed
- Process all accounts payable payments (high volume), and manage corporate expense accounts
- Generate all payments (cheques and EFT), maintain records of all vendors
- Contribute to financial reporting requirements ad hoc
- Support annual audit process
- Support stakeholders within the business for invoice approvals
- Commodity tax returns (GST/PST etc)
About You
- 3-4 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent user of software packages and MS Suite
- Organized and works well in a team environment
Pay Rate
$25 - $30/hour
