Systems/Network Administrator (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Provide second and third level support to their end users
• Provide system and network support while ensuring that the user base also has the support that they require
• Manage the Cisco, Firewall and Windows Systems infrastructure equipment while analyzing the hardware, software and problems reported on such equipment to ensure peak performance
• Resolve any infrastructure incidents via the internal ticketing system with a focus on disruptions while adhering to the company’s IT Service Level Agreement
• Responsible for LAN/WAN/WLAN/Servers infrastructure in a team setting
• Setting up and monitoring server and network alerts to ensure prime health of the infrastructure
• Work with the departments and teams to implement projects, complete tasks and fulfill plans to ensure timely and efficient enhancements and deployments
• Support company projects, including design, development, documentation, analysis and testing of systems as required
• Build strong relationships with business units across the organization to best meet company goals and objectives
• Communicate with all levels of the business in a clear, concise manner at all times

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field of study
• 3+ years of experience supporting Server/LAN infrastructure
• Experience with the day-to-day operations within a Microsoft Server OS environment
• Experience supporting Active Directory
• Strong understanding of complex IT Infrastructures again with a focus on Cisco, Firewalls and Windows Servers
• Strong experience working with and supporting Cisco Switches and Firewalls
• Strong experience with Active Directory to ensure that all user functionality and security is prioritized
• Experiencer working with and supporting Office 365
• Experience with MS Hyper-V and Resource allocation
• Experience with SAN and resource allocation
• Knowledge or Experience supporting SharePoint Server 2016
• Experience working with, and maintaining Disaster Recovery solutions, Backup Solutions and High Availability solutions
