About the Opportunity
- Assist with restating financial statements from ASPE to IFRS
- Preparing the revised version of the financial statements under IFRS
- Preparing the note disclosure and computing the differences to get to the IFRS financial figures
About You
- 3-5 years of Financial reporting experience
- CPA Designation
- Experience working with complex accounting transactions (i.e., revenue recognition, financial/debt instruments, warrants, equity, and stock-based compensation)
Pay Rate
$45 - $80/hour
