About the Opportunity

  • Ensure Employee Benefits plan is function and update any changes
  • Recruiting and Interviewing Staffing
  • Resolve employee issues as they arise
  • Maintenance of all Employee files
  • Updates and revisions of Employees Policies – Answer questions and provide additional clarification
  • Resolve day-to-day employee issues
  • Liaise between staff, Managers, and Owners
  • Stay current with new legislation and advise Executives when necessary
  • Assist with administrative duties including receptionist

About You

  • Diploma or degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of HR/Administrative experience
  • Experience with payroll supervision and ability to back-up in emergencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Interpersonal skills and be highly motivated


$40,000 - $50,000/year
