Hearings Coordinator, Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity
  • Maintaining accurate records with respect District Hearing Committees representatives
  • Assisting the Corporate Secretary in the selection of hearing panel members 
  • Coordinating the scheduling of all hearings-related events
  • Maintaining hearings records for each case
  • Acting as Registrar at hearings
About You
  • 3-5 years of legal experience
  • Prior administrative tribunal or court hearing experience preferred
  • Comfortable preparing reports and working with statistics/documents
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the mutual fund industry and/or securities industry is an asset.
  • MS Office Suite

Hourly Rate 
$28 - $32/hour
