About the Opportunity

• Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle and supervise 4 Accounting Clerks
• Manage the Accounts Payable ledger close activities and reconcile accounts to General Ledger
• Oversee and check the full cycle Accounts Payable duties such as matching, batching, coding and internal controls
• Ensure all payments are compliant with the corporate policies and procedures
• Oversee the monthly bank reconciliation, general ledger account analysis and other accounts payable related reconciliations
• Prepare and review quarterly travel and expense activity reports
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payments
• Navigate and interpret reports that will be used to determine customer billing information
• Compile and send invoices to clients
• Self-review your work to ensure the highest level of accuracy
• Look for opportunities to make processes more efficient and effective
• Manager the full cycle of accounts receivable
• Manage a team of Billings/Accounts Receivable specialists
• Assist with various system implementations
• Other ad-hoc projects as determined by the accounting team

About You

• Minimum education of a university degree in business or accounting
• 3-5 years’ accounting experience and 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Salary

$85,000 - $94,000/year
