About The Opportunity 

  • Ensure timely AP payment processing
  • Accurately process company payroll on a bi-weekly basis  
  • Support with month-end reporting 
  • Reconciliation of 2 bank accounts each month 
  • Payable EFT and cheque runs, EFT notifications to suppliers, AP inquiries, supplier credit application 

About You 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience  
  • Excellent computer skills – proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, Teams 
  • Education: accounting degree, currently enrolled in CPA program

Pay Rate 

$24 - $25/hour
