About The Opportunity 

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process, including the preparation of annual Financial Statements in accordance with Canadian accounting standards  
• Prepare month end accounting procedures, supporting working papers and month end reconciliations 
• Preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliations on a timely basis to ensure financial reports and statements are accurate 
• Prepare financial analysis on monthly reports to assist management 
• Prepare HST Returns and ITC Filings on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis 
• Manage day to day banking and preparation of daily cash flows 
• Full cycle accounting of revenue generating properties 
• Prepare year end working papers and audit files for the auditors  
• Understanding processing of accounts payable and cheque runs  
• Ad-hoc projects and analysis as required by manager 

About You 

• Degree or diploma in accounting is preferred  
• 3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience
• Excellent organizational skills  
• Attention to detail and multi-task 

Salary

Up to $65,000/Year
