About the Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator to join our Studio Experience team in Toronto. The Front Desk Administrator will support the daily operations of our physical space and work to build community engagement through fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and collaborative environment to ensure all studio members and visitors feel welcome and supported during their time in studio

  • Greet and receive all studio members and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer all incoming phone inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate studio members
  • Assist with event setups, coordinate catering requests, and create relationships with clients and studio members to understand allergies and preferences
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and parcels with couriers, Canada Post, and studio members
  • Fulfill onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and exiting studio members including access requests for employees and contractors
  • Maintain inventories for the office, kitchen, and vending machine supplies and place vendor orders as necessary
  • Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization including the opening/closing out for coffee machines
  • Ensure reception area is kept tidy throughout the day
  • Assist with Design Library cleanliness and organization, sample returns, project drawer allocations and long-term storage tracker
  • Own and manage meeting room calendars
  • Maintain swag inventory and place vendor orders as necessary
  • Support seating plan coordination and labelling equipment where necessary
  • Other Studio Experience duties as required
  • Profile of the ideal candidate

About You

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or office administration role
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Service oriented with a team-based approach
  • Strong communicator with keen attention to detail


$45,000 - $55,000/year
