Our client is a successful organization in the electronic waste management industry. They are looking for a FP&A Analyst to be responsible for providing support with budgeting, financial planning and forecasting on a quarterly and annual basis.

About the Opportunity

• Support the development of the Annual Budget and play an integral part in the quarterly forecasting cycle
• Create and Maintain reporting for Site and Management team, including updating and refining KPIs that continue to track the business effectively on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Perform variance analysis between budget and actuals and provide business insights into monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
• Identify efficiencies in Business Processes and perform Cost analysis to yield savings.
• Provide financial analysis for major initiatives, business or capital investments and major contract negotiations
• Work towards the improvement of the FP&A Analytics by implementing automation, and developing a dashboard through Microsoft Power BI

About You

• CPA (or CPA In Progress)
• 2-3 years’ related experience with strong FP&A experience
• Strong excel skills
• Working knowledge of full-cycle accounting and related processes is an asset

Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000/year
